The future of human civilization is largely influenced by its administrative leadership, and their decisions make the difference between success and failure, a reality in our modern technical world.

Therefore, the future of the world in the hands of educated and developed peoples in their educational systems as the cornerstone and the beating heart of the advancement and development of the world any society, where the educational system is an integrated system and secondary education is an essential and crucial component of it, as it is considered the basic basis of education so job immersion depends heavily on the nature of the organizational climate and targets the current research 1 - The level of job immersion of secondary school principals from the point of view of their assistants .

The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical curriculum (related studies) and its procedures included the research community of (496) assistant and assistant in the morning schools in Wasit province and actually (370) assistant and (126) assistants while the sample of research was tested in the random class method It consisted of (300) assistants and assistants, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher built the performance of the research as the first tool divided (15) paragraphs and the second (15) paragraphs as well and then the data collected from the answers of the users of the paragraphs were treated statistically using the following statistical means - : 1- Pearson Link Coefficient 2- The Facronbach equation 3-Second test of two independent samples 4 - Arithmetic medium 5 – Standard deviation The results of the current research have shown : 1- The level of job immersion of secondary school principals was average 2 - The level of organizational climate for secondary school principals has been good.
