The research aims at identifying the reality of activating virtual learning environment in kindergartens in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, revealing the relationship between mothers' attitudes towards virtual learning and activating virtual learning environment in the kindergarten stage, and investigating the correlative relationship between activating virtual learning environment and psychological resilience of kindergarten children.

The basic research sample consisted of (234) children from kindergarten whose ages ranged from (4-6 years) and their mothers in Wadi Al-Dawasir Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Activating virtual learning environment in the kindergarten stage scale, the mothers' attitudes towards virtual learning in the kindergarten scale, and the psychological resilience for Kindergarten Children scale (prepared by the researcher were utilized).

Results concluded that there was a positive statistically significant correlative relationship between the level of activating virtual learning environment and mothers' attitudes towards it, there was a positive statistically significant correlative relationship between the level of activating virtual learning environment and psychological resilience of kindergarten children, and that mothers' attitudes Moderated the effect of activating virtual learning environment level in the psychological resilience of kindergarten children.
