Abstract EN

This study aimed to test the effectiveness of a training program based on blended learning to develop direct practice skills in the school field for female social work students.

The researcher adopted the quasi-experimental approach in implementing the training program that aimed to train a sample of (41) sixth-level students, the trainee students received (16) training hours, distributed over (8) weeks, and the training program was designed to be 50% distance education and 50% direct education, in addition to the field follow-up of female students in the training institution for a period of (72) hours.

The researcher used a test to measure the level of direct practice skills of the students Before and after the training program, it contains (33) questions distributed on sub-skills for direct practice.

The researcher also designed a guide to analyze the content of the students' recording for individual cases to come up with indicators and evidence of the trained students' acquisition of skills.

The results revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the scores of the students before and after the training program, which indicates the success of the training program based on blended education in providing sixth-level students with the direct practice skills in the school field, that include skills (assessment - Planning - professional intervention - evaluation - termination - follow-up).
