Abstract EN
The current study was conducted for the purpose of evaluating the training programs for art education teachers in the primary stage during the period of the academic year 2017-2019, in which the researcher used the descriptive analytical research method.
Related to the training programs prepared by the Directorate of Education for teachers of art education, which the researcher obtained through collecting information and surveying teachers with specialists under study for the purpose of identifying the effectiveness and importance of these training programs and what they contain and the extent of their importance for art education teachers, and the researcher also processed the results obtained Statistically, he made several recommendations, the most important of which were: - Developing training programs for supervisors of art education teachers, since there are some supervisors who also need their own programs, and using modern and advanced means in training programs and moving away from everything that is traditional to keep pace with technological and cognitive development.
As for the proposals that It was suggested by the researcher, and it was: - Conducting similar studies on other disciplines, especially in areas that require a fee b My work by the teacher, and conducting a survey study of the training needs of educational cadres, especially art education in the middle and preparatory stages, and conducting periodic and continuous studies on the training needs of art education teachers.
