The study confirmed the existence of a direct relationship between the level of education and the rates of income that individuals obtain.

Therefore, integrating those who are excluded and marginalized in the production process requires providing them with opportunities at the outset to obtain an adequate, fair and efficient level of education and training that enables them to obtain better job opportunities and achieve better incomes to get out of the cycle of poverty.

Therefore, education is a prerequisite for achieving inclusive growth, but the method of financing education in the state determines the extent of its ability to achieve this inclusive growth.

To obtain good educational outcomes, there must be inputs represented in sufficient funding resources that are allocated efficiently and fairly.

The study also proved that the relationship between income inequality and educational expansion is a direct relationship, as education increases income inequality because educated individuals receive high incomes compared to with uneducated people.

Just as more investment in education increases workers' skills and enables them to find higher-skilled jobs, this in turn increases the supply of skilled workers, reduces their relative wages, and thus reduces income inequality.
