Abstract EN

The research aims at studying the relationship between school stress and learning motivation among pupils of the secondary school level.

It Targets to study the gender differences at each Level of the variables of study.

The sample of this research was consisted of 756 students, 311boys and 445 girls.

To meet research goal, the researcher has used the school stress scale of (Jian Dong Sun, 2011) and the learning motivation scale of (Pintrich and al, 1991).

The data gathered interprets the existence of gender differences which are statically significant regarding the variables of school stress, learning motivation.

The study concludes also to the existence of the correlative relationship statically significant between the school stress (pressure study, attitudes towards study and grades, the self- expectations, despondency) and the learning motivation (exam anxiety).
