Abstract EN
The study aimed to identify the impact of human resource development on job loyalty: an applied study on the Emirate of Asir, where the study used the descriptive and analytical approach, where the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from the study sample represented by 20% of the study population represented by all workers in the Emirate of Asir, and their number (1712) employees, and (355) employees were selected by the random, stratified method, and the study reached several results that showed that there is an impact of human resource development (training, education, organizational development) on job loyalty in the Emirate of Aseer, and the percentage of employee loyalty was also found In the Emirate of Asir, it was high, and there were no statistically significant differences for workers in the Emirate of Asir on the impact of human resource development (training, education, organizational development) on job loyalty due to the gender variable, and it was found that there are statistically significant differences for workers in Asir Emirate about the impact of Human resource development (training, education, organizational development) on job loyalty attributable to age group variable.
The study recommended the necessity of resorting to the Emirate of Asir to seek the assistance of international trainers to train human resources in it, and also recommended that the Emirate of Asir support all its employees for higher university education and upgrading their educational level.
