This study aimed to test the effect of organizational culture on intrinsic abilities, by using resource theory (RBV) by which many hypotheses were developed.

The study used the descriptive and analytical method.

(240) questionnaires were distributed and (234) items were retrieved.

5%), and to test the hypotheses of the study, the (SPSS) program was used, and its results showed that there is a positive relationship, with a partial effect, between the organizational culture and the essential capabilities, and the study reached several theoretical and practical effects and made several recommendations to service institutions that seek to achieve a competitive advantage.

A market leader in adopting the organizational culture, enhancing its core capabilities, and carrying out large-scale studies that contain different dimensions of the study variables.
