This paper proposes to address the issue of innovation in the case of a company in the agribusiness sector.
In fact, innovation is a determining factor of the competitiveness and profitability of companies; and is therefore a main element of the company’s strategy.
Our case study aims to identify how the innovation process and its organization are carried out.
The results showed that the COGB-Labelle company innovates and proposes new products to the market.
Moreover, our study demonstrates that the management of an innovation process in COGB-Labelle falls within the scope of intervention of different company departments.

Cet article propose d'aborder la question de l'innovation dans le cas d'une entreprise du secteur agroalimentaire.
En effet, L'innovation est un facteur déterminant de la compétitivité et de la rentabilité des entreprises et est par conséquent un élément essentiel de la stratégie de l'entreprise.
Notre étude de cas vise à déterminer comment est mené le processus d'innovation et son organisation.
Les résultats ont indiqué que l'entreprise des Corps Gras de Bejaia (COGB-Labelle) pratique l'innovation et propose de nouveaux produits sur le marché.
La gestion d'un processus d'innovation relève d'un champ d'intervention de plusieurs structures appartenant à l'entreprise.
