The study aimed to determine the level of teaching performance of secondary education teachers, and to compare their level of teaching performance according to variable of professional experience, through a field study on a sample consisting of 130 teachers from secondary schools at Miliana, (Ain Defla) to achieve the objectives of the study, we applied the measure of Ahmed Benbia (2016) for the teaching performance of a secondary education.

the study found : a high level of teaching performance for secondary education teachers according to recent educational reforms, and the level of this performance does not differ according to professional experience.
