Abstract EN

This research paper aimed to identify the current culture of open training and the development of creative thinking in higher education in Algeria and strategies for its activation and development: First: Training and creativity within the framework of human investment at the university.

Second: An approach towards a culture of open training in the digital environment for the development of human capital at the university.

Third: The proposed mechanisms for activating the open training culture and developing creative thinking at the university.

Suggestions were reached for subsequent studies that open up a horizon of scientific research with wide worlds and landmarksKey words: creative thinking - open training - human capital -university.

Ce mémoire de recherche visait à identifier la culture actuelle de la formation ouverte et le développement de la pensée créative dans l'enseignement supérieur en Algérie et les stratégies pour son activation et son développement; Avec les réponses aux différents points suivants à travers les piliers suivants liés à la formation et à la créativité dans le cadre de l'investissement humain à l'université, et l'approche théorique vers la culture de la formation ouverte à l'environnement numérique pour le développement du capital humain à l'université, ainsi que les mécanismes proposés pour activer la culture de la formation ouverte et développer la pensée créative à l'université: ° Mécanisme des anneaux de qualité: ° Mécanisme d'autogestion ° Mécanisme d'amélioration continue (Kaizen) japonais.

Des suggestions ont été formulées pour des études ultérieures qui ouvrent un horizon de recherche scientifique avec de vastes mondes et des points de repère.
