This research aims to highlight the contribution of the balanced scorecard to the evaluation of human capital by presenting the most important models that used the board for this purpose through highlighting the mechanisms of its work and its strengths and weaknesses.

the study concluded that although there was no agreement on a single model for assessing human capital through a balanced scorecard, researchers agree that a balanced scorecard contributed to the evaluation of human capital in a manner that allows its management, leading to improved performance and value creation.
