English Abstract
This study aims to identify the degree to which effective school indicators are achieved according to the School development program.
In order to achieve the purposes of the study, a questionnaire has been developed after assuring its validity and reliability.
The sample of the study consisted of (353) teachers, who were chosen using the stratified random sample.
The study results indicated that the effective school indicators according to the school development program were achieved at high degree.
The learning and teaching field came first, followed by the students' environment field.
the leadership and management field came third and the school and society field came last.
The study results also showed that the presence of statistically significant differences in the achievement of the indicators due to gender variable in favor of female teachers.
There were also statistically significant differences in the educational stage and in favor of the secondary schools.
The results also show the presence of statistically significant differences in the achievement of the indicators in favor of the girls and mixed schools.
The study recommends training workshops for teachers to activate the relation between schools and societies.
It also recommends training male principals and teachers so that they can achieve the indicators.
