TheUniversity education contributes to the preparation of human resources eligible to enter the labor market, and it is expected that these resources will acquire the necessary skills required by the labor market.Where employers aspire to have an integrated "manufactured student," they are not willing to afford to train and qualify them.As the responsibility of the University, this difference in perception may have contributed to the elimination of coordination between the needs of the labor market and the output of university education in the Arab States.We note large numbers of outputs in labor market disciplines, and in contrast there is scarcity in other disciplines needed by the labor market.Here's the role of research centers in streamlining educational policy-making in the Arab States, which has exacerbated the phenomenon of "unemployment of learners.
