تهدف هاته المقالة إلى تسليط الضوء على إدارة الموارد البشرية باعتبارها تختص باستقطاب الموظفين و الاختيار و التدريب، و التقييم و مكافأة الموظفين و أيضا الاهتمام بالقيادة، و الإشراف، ففي السنوات الأخيرة شهدت المؤسسات تطورات كبيرة و متسارعة، حيث أنها اتجهت بشكل واسع و مستمر نحو الاستخدام الرقمي في انجاز مهامها، إذ مست بالأخص إدارة الموارد البشرية، و هذا ما سنطرق إليه بمعالجة مدى امكانية ادارة المواردة البشرية العمل في بيئة رقمية رغم كل التحديات
Abstract EN
This article aims to shed light on human resource management as it is concerned with staff recruitment, selection, training, evaluation and rewarding employees, as well as attention to leadership and supervision.
It affected human resources management in particular, and this is what we will address by addressing the extent to which human resources management can work in a digital environment despite all the challenges.
