The issue of learning the Arabic language has preoccupied many of the scientists and the Arabic researchers, Muslims and non-Muslims acting in the field of learning and education have been interested in the development of this issue with either its speakers or the other speakers, and in spite of the efforts done in order to teach the Arabic to its other speakers and the diversity of attempts to make specialized leaning methods in this field.

The employment of the Interlingua strategy is regarded as one of the eminent curricula have seen a sharp disagreement between the specialists and has known a big divergence in the linguists styles between the acceptance and the rejection.

The study's purpose is the knowledge of the functional relationship nature which links Interlingua with the learning of the second language specifically (the Arabic), by which we are trying to reveal the employment of the advantages and the conveniences; Thus the study finally arrives to a set of findings perhaps the most important that is obligatory on the Arabic teacher for other speakers to restrict his teaching process and to interact with students to employ the Arabic and renounce the interlingua, his teaching method must be characterized by efficiency, powerful influence, and a proper comprehension.
