Abstract EN

This study aims to address the care of talented pupils in the Algerian educational system by analysing practices and procedures according to the scientific criteria adopted in the care of the gifted, comparing what is scientifically established and what is actually present in the field caring for gifted care a range of mechanisms of disclosure and provision of educational and counselling services, but the efforts of the Algerian educational system in caring for this group are limited and not effective, so it remains to deal with the giftedness with well-targeted and clearly planned strategies.
