Therefore, the higher education sector plays a large and distinctive role in the formation of human capital.

Therefore, it was necessary for the governments of countries to pay attention to higher education and support it with various means, methods and energies necessary.

to develop it, and to achieve continuous development by achieving security and stability, We point out that one of the dangers that threatens its stability is the phenomenon of violence, where the university student is considered the important and effective element in this phenomenon, because university violence reflects the internal appearance in which the student was brought up, and the social environment in which he grew up, in addition to several factors that contribute to the growth of this phenomenon that It takes several forms, including: violence (verbal, gestures and signs, physical, directed towards property, and psychological).

Therefore, the aim of this research paper is to highlight the role of the university in controlling and reducing student violence, by developing a participatory approach to ensure educational security and solve the problem of violence within institutions.
