Abstract EN

This study is an attempt to determine the impact the perceived value of the patient as an intermediate variable on the relationship between the perceived quality of health service and patient satisfaction.

This study has focused on estimating the impact from the point of view of patients residing in some hospitals in the province of Batna.

This work is based on a field study that targeted a sample of 310 single.

The results showed also the existence of a statistically significant effect of the perceived quality on the patient satisfaction through the perceived value as an intermediate variable at a significance level of 5%.
