The study aims to clarify the relationship of the personality style of the professor of physical education and sports and its relationship to the motivation of learning among secondary school students.

The research sample included (100) students and (10) professors de sport choose randomly, who were applied to them, the Zinc scale and the learning motivation scale, we used the descriptive correlational method; and the study resulted in the following results: The learning motivation rises among Pupils during the physical education and sports lesson when the teacher has a flat style and vice versa when the teacher has a nervous style.
