and conducting an applied study at the level of the Tebessa phosphate mines corporation by distributing a research form to a sample of workers that includes phrases related to the dimensions of each of the study variables.

the results concluded that the phosphate mines corporation relies on the human resources information system primarily in the application of electronic management of human resources, especially in the field of human resources planning and competency development, while it does not rely heavily on it to monitor the career path of its employees.
