The current study aims to know the characteristics and features of the studies that used the integrative approach (science-technology-engineering-mathematics) STEM in developing thinking skills and determining the average size of their impact, by relying on the descriptive approach using the dimensional analysis method, where the study sample amounted to (16) experimental studies.
