Abstract EN

The survival and continuity of institutions has become through the intensity of competition, as well as their success can only be achieved by using their material and human resources.

This research deals with studying the relationship between social responsibility and measuring its impact on service quality requirements through dimensions (safety, response, reliability, tangible material aspects, and empathy).

The study showed several results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistical relationship between the application of social responsibility and the dimensions of activating the requirements of quality services for the institution, and that the institution has a high level of service quality.

The study also showed that there is a disparity in the role of the application of social responsibility in activating the requirements of the quality of services for the institution, as social responsibility contributes more than the other two components in the response as well as the ability to reliability in order to develop and achieve the quality of services for the institution.
