This reasrch aims to identify the impact of intellectual capital in achieving the strategic goals of economic institutions from the point of view of a sample of workers of algeria telecom in msila, where the study tool (questionnaire) was used to collect and analyze data, and it was concluded that there is an impact of human and customer capital on Achieving strategic goals in the studied institution, and that there is no impact of structural capital in achieving these goals.

This study also presented a set of recommendations focused in its entirety on the need to value intellectual capital as a modern and important source of wealth, and develop it in order to achieve the goals and objectives set by Before economic institutions in general and Algeria Telecom in particular.
