This study aimed to identify the application of precautionary measures for the Corona pandemic in the workplace, including the variables represented in social distancing within the workplace, reducing the employment volume and working remotely through the Internet as an independent variable and its impact on the strategy of employing human resources as a dependent variable.

The descriptive analytical approach was relied on and the questionnaire represented the main tool to reach the results as the study community may be from the employees appointed in the private and investment sector organizations in Aswan Governorate in southern Upper Egypt during the years 2020 and 2021 and those registered in the databases of the Directorate of Manpower in the governorate and the sample of the study that was selected In a stratified random manner with a number of (356) singles where the sample size was determined according to the sample size tables at a confidence coefficient of 95% and limits of error 5% and For data analysis and processing the statistical packages (spss) program was used.
