Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the opinions of (school principals-assistant director-head of department) public secondary schools in Kuwait about the requirements of administrative empowerment in the light of the management of excellence, and to identify the impact of the study variables associated with the members of the sample (gender, academic qualification and years of service) on the responses of (school principals-director assistant-head of department) in government secondary schools in Kuwait, and the study used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (73 school principals-34 assistant director-40 department heads) in secondary school in Kuwait.

the results of the study showed that the responses of the sample members to the questionnaire as a whole were average with an arithmetic average (2.88) and a standard deviation (0.82), and the highest was after delegation and administrative confidence with an arithmetic mean (3.29) and a standard deviation (0.80), followed by self-motivation with an arithmetic mean (2.95) and a standard deviation (0.84), while it came after participation in decision-making with an arithmetic mean ( 2.94 and a standard deviation (0.79), while it came in the last rank after the work teams with an arithmetic mean (2.67) and a standard deviation (0.85).
