The aim of the current research is to evaluate e-learning programs in science subjects from the point of view of secondary school students.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive research method was used by designing questionnaire consisting of (17) items distributed on (3) areas (Teaching presence, Cognitive presence, Social presence).

The research community was identified with secondary school students who study science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) in the schools of Baqubah city for the academic year (2020-2021).

After verifying the validity and reliability of the tool, The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (370) male and female students distributed in the stages of secondary education.

The researchers used several statistical methods for the purpose of data processing, analysis and interpretation, the research reached several results which are: 1 – The evaluation level for the first axis (Teaching presence) was between medium and low.2 - The evaluation level for the second axis (Cognitive presence) was between high and medium.3 - The evaluation level for the third axis (Social presence) was between medium and low.4 – There are statistically significant differences between the average level of evaluation of male and female students in favor of the group with the highest averages, namely female students.

In light of the research results, a set of recommendations and proposals were developed the most important of which: preparing a guide for teachers of science subjects to use the latest e-learning programs and integrating them with the study materials for each stage in the classroom
