Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرُّف مستوى الذكاء التنظيمي و أثره على الأداء الإداري - دراسة ميدانية في مدارس عمان الخاصة من وجهة نظر المدراء، و العلاقة الارتباطية بينهما، و تحقيقا لهدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (480) اداري، ممن يعملون في المدارس الخاصة التابعة لمديريات محافظة العاصمة عمان، و قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة مكونة من جزأين، تضمن الجزء الأول (20) فقرة موزعة على اربعة مجالات و الجزء الثاني استبانة تقيس مستوى الأداء الإداري لدى مديري المدارس و تكونت من (15) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات، و صممت الإستبانة وفقا لمقياس ليكرت الخماسي دائما (غالبا، أحيانا، نادرا، لم يطبق أبدا).

و أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الذكاء التنظيمي و أثره على الأداء الإداري في المدارس الخاصة، جاء مرتفعا، و وجود علاقة موجبة و دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى الذكاء التنظيمي لدى المديرين و مستوى الأداء الإداري.

و في ضوء تلك النتائج تم الخروج بعدة توصيات من أهمها : إنشاء قسم مختص بالذكاء التنظيمي في كافة المؤسسات التعليمية، و عقد ورشات عمل لدراسة الفجوات في الذكاء التنظيمي، و اشراك مديري المدارس بالبرامج والدورات التدريبية لتمكينهم من تحقيق التميز في الأداء الإداري في المؤسسات التعليمية و تخصيص مكافئات مالية للموظفين و المعلمين الذين يبادرون بالأنشطة التطويرية الإبداعية، و يتعاونون في تنفيذ المهام الإدارية

English Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of organizational intelligence and on administrative performance - a field study in Amman Private Schools, from principals point of view, and the correlation between them, and in order to achieve the aim of the study, the relational descriptive approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (480) principals, who work In private schools affiliated to the directorates of the capital, Amman.

The researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of two parts, the first part measures organizational intelligence included (20) paragraphs distributed into four areas, and the second part measures The level of administrative performance of school principals and it consisted of (15) items distributed into three areas.

And the questionnaire was designed according to Likert's five- scale (1 = Never Implemented, 2 = Slightly Implemented, 3 = Sometimes, 4 = Almost Implemented, 5 = Frequently Implemented).

The results showed that the level of organizational intelligence and its impact on the administrative performance of private school principals was high, and the existence of a positive and statistically significant correlation between the level of organizational intelligence of managers and the level of administrative performance.

In light of these results, several recommendations were made, the most important of which are: establishing a department specialized in organizational intelligence in all educational institutions, holding workshops to study gaps in organizational intelligence, and engaging school principals in training programs and courses to enable them to achieve excellence in administrative performance in educational institutions, and allocating financial rewards.

For employees who initiate creative development activities, and cooperate with administrative staff in the implementation of administrative tasks.
