The current research aims to build a measure of attitude towards e-learning, And to identify the level of trend towards e-learning among the students of the university of Kirkuk, and the differences in and attitude towards e-learning according to the variables of grade, gender and academic specialization, where the main research sample consisted of (560) male and female students, who were chosen by the equal stratified random method from the faculties of the university of Kirkuk for the academic year (2020-2021), divided into (8) faculties, including (4) faculties of scientific specialization and (4) faculties of humanitarian specialization.

to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher has built a measure of the trend towards e-learning which, in its final form, consists of (45) paragraphs with (5) alternatives, after verifying the apparent validity and construction validity, , in addition to the stability that was extracted by the retest method of (0.76) and the alpha Cronbach method and the amount (0.80).

the results showed a significant non-significant difference in the level of attitude towards e-learning and the presence of a non-significant difference in the level of attitudes of Kirkuk university students towards e-learning according to the variables of grade (second, fourth) and gender (males, females), in addition to the presence of a significant difference in the level of attitude of Kirkuk university students towards e-learning according to the specialization variable (scientific, human) in favor of students of scientific specialization.
