Traditional method of learning depends on teaching that needs to teach face to face, where a teacher controls and regulates the flow of info and data adapting teacher-centered learning.

The rapid advances in technology and the search for new methods regarding education has revealed new methods such as e- learning.

E-learning is commonly referred to the intentional use of network information and communication technology in learning and teaching.

E-learning faces many obstacles in Iraq.

This research highlights these obstacles and there are recommendations how to overcome these obstacles.
