Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتعزيز ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية في فلسطين، كما هدفت الى تحديد درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية في فلسطين للعدالة التنظيمية من وجهة نظر معلميهم، و استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، اعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة أساسية للدراسة والتي تكونت من (36) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات، إلى جانب المقابلات، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (356)معلماً و معلمة.

و توصلت إلى أهم النتائج : 1.

أن درجة ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين من وجهة نظر معلميهم جاءت كبيرة و بوزن نسبي (77.48%)..

2.

توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) بين استجابات المفحوصين الدرجة ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين تعزى لمتغير الجنس و لصالح الذكور ، و متغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح (10) سنوات فأكثر، بينما لا توجد فروق في متغير المؤهل العلمي.

3 تقديم تصور مقترح لتعزيز ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين.

و في ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة التوصيات التالية : - تدريب مديري المدارس الثانوية لرفع مستوى أدائهم في ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية.

- اهتمام ذوي الاختصاص و القرارات التربوية بالعدالة التنظيمية في المدارس و العمل على تطبيق بنود التصور المقترح في العمل الإداري.

- اجراء دراسات حول العدالة التنظيمية و علاقتها بمتغيرات أخرى في بيئات مختلفة و مقارنتها مع - ثقافات أخرى.

English Abstract

This study aimed to develop a suggested proposal to enhance the practice of organizational justice among secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine.

The study also sought to determine the degree of practice of organizational justice by secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine، from the viewpoint of their teachers.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and adopted the questionnaire as an essential study tool، which consisted of (36) items distributed in (4) fields، in addition to the interviews.

The study sample included (356) teachers.

The most important results of the study are the following: 1.

The degree to which secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine practice organizational justice from the viewpoint of their teachers was very large، with a relative weight (77.48%).

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α  .0.0( between the respondents' responses to the practice of organizational justice attributed to the gender variable and in favor of males، and the years of service variable in favour of (10) years or more، while there are no significant differences in the academic qualification variable.

- Presenting a suggested proposal to promote the practice of generational justice among high school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine.

The recommendations: - Training secondary school principals to have experience in the field of organizational justice.

- Educational specialists and decision makers should show interest in organizational justice in schools and overcome the difficulties faced by school principals in achieving it.

- Activating the role of social media sites and educational media of the Ministry of Education in order to clarify the role of the local community in achieving organizational justice in secondary schools
