Abstract EN

The study aimed to show the role of knowledge management in training human resources, and this is based on the descriptive approach and the analytical approach, and we also conducted a field study on some Algerian economic institutions, where the form was used as a main tool for research which were distributed to the employees and workers of the institutions under study, the results of the study concluded to show the significant and clear impact of knowledge management on developing the intellectual and practical capabilities of human resources.
