Abstract EN

This article deals with the fictional space in the novel what is left for you by the Palestinian writer Ghassan Kanafani.

this study examines two basic levels of this space.

first, the recovered space : it is the space that is evoked through remembering and this space is not formed except by the amount of recovery that the narrating characters make.

second, the present space, which is the space in which events take place (now) and from which the characters are retrieved from the remembered spaces, between those two levels the study tries to understand the semantics of the samples that are picked.
