this massive and rapid development and this information revolution left its mark on financing methods for governments and economic institutions and on finance the banker who focused for a long time on imitation, without paying attention to development, contented himself with the traditional tools provided by the banking financial system that no longer respond and do not fit with the changes of the era and the amazing development in information technology, which was accompanied by the emergence of multinational companies, as well as the emergence of new mechanisms such as investment funds and credit cards.

and certificates of deposit, treasury shares, and innovative financial tools were not just a breakthrough in the performance of the financial, commodity and precious metals markets, but rather a revolution in the methods and formulas of dealing, and the quality of the tools that are being dealt with in these markets.
