Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of participatory leadership practice of principals of government schools and its relation to organizational trust.

To achieve the objective of the survey, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and developed two questionnaires for collecting data.

The first questionnaire is to measure the degree of participatory leadership and the second one is to measure the level of organizational trust; the questionnaires were distributed to(339) teachers; (112) male, (227) female.

The study results showed the degree of participatory leadership practice of principals of government schools was medium.

And it showed that there were no statically significant differences in the degree of participatory leadership practice of principals of government schools due to the variables ( school gender, scientific qualification).

Moreover, there were statically significant differences due to service years.

The level of organizational trust of teachers in government schools is high.

Also, there were no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational trust of teachers in the government schools due to variables (school gender, scientific qualification).

In addition, there were statistically significant differences due to the service years variable.

There was a positive relationship between the degree of participatory leadership practice and the level of organizational trust of teachers in the government schools in the directorate of Education in Al-Qweismeh District.
