معوقات التعلم عن بعد لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية تدريب عمان أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظرهم

Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying obstacles of Distance Learning among faculty members at Amman Training Centre during Corona pandemic from their perspective, and the differences attributed to the variables of the study (gender, section, and years of experience).

The researcher used the descriptive survey method, and developed a questionnaire consists of (19) items to measure the responses of the study population which consist of (49) faculty members.

The results of the study showed that obstacles of Distance Learning related to the students was high, while obstacles related to faculty members and administrative aspects was moderate.

Moreover, the results also showed that there were no significant differences which are attributed to the variables of sex, section, and years of experience.
