The study aimed to identify the extent to which kindergarten teachers practice moral education from the point of view of kindergarten principals, and the study population consisted of directors of kindergartens in the capital Amman in the year (2021), and the study sample consisted of (25) kindergarten directors who formed the members of the study community.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed an interview tool consisting of (5) questions, divided into the following areas: the extent to which kindergarten teachers practice moral education, the extent to which moral education is included in the various kindergarten activities, the extent to which students respond to it, and the suggestions of kindergarten directors in addition To the role of the Ministry of Education in applying moral education in kindergarten.

The results of the study showed that there is a need to focus on integrating moral education within the activities and practices of kindergarten teachers, and not just focus on playing.

The study also indicate the need to qualify teachers, give training courses and find solutions to involve the local community and the students’ families with this task in order to reach the desired results
