Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the science teachers’ practice of their roles in blended on- line teaching and its impact on basic stage students’ acquisition of life and work skills.

It followed the descriptive survey method.

It has implemented in Amman Schools which followed the rotation system in 2021/2022 year, the study sample consisted of 76 male and female science teachers, and 1140 male and female of their students, to achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was developed to measure the degree of science teachers practice their roles in Blended Learning, also a questionnaire was prepared to measure the degree to which students acquire three life and work skills, after verifying the indicators of validity and reliability, the results indicated that the level of science teachers’ practice of their roles in blended Learning was high and the degree of students’ acquisition of life & work skills was moderate, the results also indicated an impact on students' acquisition of social skills for The low level of teachers' practice of their roles in blended learning, while there is no statistically significant effect of science teachers’ practice of their roles in their students’ acquisition of two skills: Leadership, responsibility and initiative, self-direction.
