The control center is one of the most important components of determining the correlation between the behavior of the individual and the results that he achieves that enable him to look at his success and failure in the light of his ability, and assuming that the individual who has no ability to control events or predict them, which leads to learning failure, surrender and apathy of motivation, and stopping for him.
Issuing consensual responses, and because the individual realizes that the world is a source of threat, his actions take forms of withdrawal, isolation, and depression, and fears and anxiety become the dominant ones in his behavior.
In the learning process, the faculty member is one of the most important factors influencing the success of the learning process, which contributes to it in terms of planning, setting goals, and providing experiences, activities and educational tasks that build it, and his conscious observations of the behavior of his students have an effective effect in modifying wrong behavioral practices towards the desired direction, and creating Effective new behavioral patterns for their future, so the research topic was to find out the extent of the educational staff member's control over controlling his emotions The aim of this research is to identify the control center of teachers and schools, considering that the teacher is one of the three pillars of the educational process, and in order to achieve this goal, a research community consisting of female teachers and teachers was selected in the first Karkh education, where the researcher used the questionnaire as a data collection tool that she prepared to achieve the goal, It may be from (40) paragraphs, and from the scientific and human specializations.
