The aim of the study to identify the reality of the application of electronic management in public education schools from the point of view of secondary school teachers in Taif Governorate, and to reveal the significance of statistical differences in degrees that responded to the research sample in the dimension The point of view of high school teachers in Taif Governorate, and the study sample consisted of (996) teachers of secondary public education, who numbered (3396) teachers of (32.29% ) of the original community; The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection.

The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, as a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraphs measured the reality of the application of electronic management through the following dimensions (electronic skills; infrastructure and technical equipment; electronic culture), and it was confirmed by its sincerity, and its stability by applying to the sample Outlife.

The results resulted, and the results of the research reached: that the degree of the dimensions of the application of electronic management among the leaders of public education schools in Taif Governorate from the point of view of secondary education teachers in Taif Governorate came with a very large degree From (5) It was found that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05, 0) to the point of practicing secondary school leaders in Taif Governorate for the dimensions of electronic management (electronic skills; infrastructure and technical equipment; electronic culture) attributes to the variables of the scientific qualification, scientific specialization, While the results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05, 0) between the average of teachers 'responses about their responses to the dimensions of electronic management among school leaders attributed to the different years of service in favor of the service years of service from (5-10 years) and training courses, and one of the most prominent recommendations is preparation A training program defines managers how to see everything new in the field of electronic management applications in their schools.
