Abstract EN

The research aim to identify the reality of the practice of servant leadership dimensions among secondary schools principals in Dakahlia governorate, To achieve the aim of the research, and the detection of differences between the average of the teachers' responses due to differences ( gender, experience years ), In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study tool included a questionnaire consists of (33) sentences divided in six dimensions, the tool was applied to a sample of (468) teachers of public secondary education schools in Dakahlia governorate.

The study concluded that: The reality of the practice of public secondary education schools in Dakahlia governorate for the dimensions of servant Leadership was achieved in a medium degree in the following order ( trust, humility, vision, offer services, altruism, empowerment ), the result also concluded that there were no differences between the average of the members of the sample that related to gender on all dimensions except ( trust, and empowerment )the differences came to female, and also concluded that there were no differences between the average of the members of the sample that related to the year of experience years on the dimensions as a whole, while there were differences on the years of experience on ( humility, altruism, and empowerment ) The study recommended many recommendations including:
