Abstract EN

This study examines the topic entitled Qur'anic means in the organization of social relations and their effects.

In this study, the researchers discussed three types of these methods: devotional means, ethical means, and punitive means, while explaining the role of these means in the organization of social relations and their societal effects.

The researchers discussed this study as part of an objective explanatory study.

Some of the most important results of this study are: 1.

The boundaries in Islam were placed under an integrated system that established guarantees for all and took the causes of prevention before taking the causes of punishment.

Islam does not fight the motives of nature and does not dirty it, but regulates it, cleanses it and lifts it from the animal level so that it can be the focus of many psychological and social morals.

As to the recommendations of the study, the researchers recommend that the Quran approach should be presented in the organization of social life and be thoroughly studied to show its completeness and comprehensiveness, especially to non-Muslims, after all the positions of the constitution have failed to regulate the social life of the West.
