The research aims to explain The general principles of proper behavior, and the methodology for its construction and models in Surat Al-Qalam.

The two researchers followed the descriptive inductive approach and reached several results, most notably: The surah includes principles such as adopting the proper source of knowledge, faith is the basis for proper behavior, science corner for proper behaviour, satisfying psychological needs is an educational necessity, and the Surah’s methodology in building proper behavior is based on forming the will, building motives, mental persuasion and shaping the environment.

The models of proper behavior were exemplified by the model of morals of prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, the repentance of the owners of the garden and the repentance of Yunus, peace be upon him.

The study recommends including research material in some courses on behavioral guidance.

It also recommends conducting more applied research on other Surahs of the Holy Quran to form a clear vision that paves the way for building training programs that contribute to make changes in human behavior.
