Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the level of transitional services that are provided to students with disabilities, and their relationship to the quality of life for students from the point of view of workers.

The study followed the descriptive correlative approach, and the study sample consisted of (126) employees, of whom (108) were males and (18) were females.

In order to collect information, the first two scales were developed with the aim of measuring the level of transitional services provided to students, and it consisted of (35) items distributed over five areas.

As for the second scale, it aims to measure the level of quality of life for students, and it consists of (35) items distributed over five domains.

The results of the study showed that the sample members' estimates of the level of transitional services provided to students with disabilities were average.

Their assessments of quality of life were also average.

The results showed that there was a statistically significant correlation between transitional services provided to students and quality of life.

In light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations were presented, including the need to focus on conducting training courses and workshops to develop the skills of employees to keep pace with developments that would interest people with disabilities.
