Abstract EN

The purpose of the study is to investigate Perceptions of Basic Stage Teachers towards Integrating e-learning in the Educational Process during COVID19 in Mafraq Educational Directorate Schools.

To answer the questions of the study the researcher selected a random sample of (150) male and female teachers.

The analytical descriptive approach was used in the study.

The study questionnaire was developed within five domains: first, the effectiveness of e-learning, consisting of (7) items, secondly, the interaction of teachers with e-learning, which consisted of (9) items, and third, the interaction of students with e-learning, which consisted of (6) items, and fourth, the requirements of e-learning And it consisted of (7) items, and fifth the challenges of e-learning, and it consisted of (6) items, and its validity and reliability were confirmed.

The findings of the study showed that the effectiveness of e-learning during corona pandemic as perceived by basic stage teachers in Mafraq Educational Directorate is in an average level, as the challenges domain came first while; students interaction with e-learning came in the last rank.

Further, there were no significant statistical difference at the level of (α = 0.05) in the evaluations of the sample attributed gender and academic qualification, while; there are significant statistical differences attributed to years of experience in favor of (5) years and more.

The study concluded a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: providing the schools of the Mafraq District with electronic devices and equipment that help them keep pace with the e-learning process in an optimal manner.
