This study is performed while covid -19 epidemic is reaching everyplace in the world including Israel: Security prisons This study aims at recognizing the role of the Zionist entity in spreading Covid-19 among Palestinian prisoners.

To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher used, the questionnaire and the interview methods as two main tools for data collection, the descriptive approach to conduct the study, a study sample of 30 Palestinian prisoners.

The study found that the reason behind the spreading of Covid-19 among Palestinian prisoners is the Zionist entity and one of the main reasons of the spreading of the virus was the delaying of giving them the vaccine in the right time.

The study came out with a set of recommendations, most importantly is to file a legal case against the administration of the Israeli occupation prisons, to hold them responsible for the spread of the virus among the Palestinian prisoners and for not taking any protection measures.
