The training of human resources in the organization is an option that is imposed by most organizations in order to improve the administrative performance and achieve the quality of the product both in terms of production of goods or production of services, especially after the tremendous developments in the management fields that accompanied the technological changes and shifts in the humanities in general and human resources In particular, training certificates are placed at the forefront of the application for employment and promotion.

Perhaps this interest is shown by the institutions in the amount of funding allocated to the training activity and its programs.

We will try to address the subject of training human resources using descriptive method To answer the following questions: - What are the most important concepts related to the training of human resources in the institution? What is the importance of training? - What types of training are in institutions? - What are training needs? And what are its types? What are the methods of identifying training needs in the organization?
