This study aims at : 1.
Constructing an Educational _ Learning program in sociology according to the theory of dialogue among college of education students.
2.
The effectiveness of the Educational _ Learning program in educational sociology for First _ grade students in the facilities of education.
And it came from the objectives of the research, the next zero hypothesis : At the level of ( 0.5 ) there are no clear stylistically differences in achievement among the average score of the experimental group that was taught the Educational _ learning program and the control group that was taught according to the traditional methods.
The study is limited to first grade students in Department of Educational and Psychological science / College of Education/ University of wasit during the academic year 2020 _ 2021 .
The researcher adapted the partial _ control experimental design.
The sample of the study consists of ( 67 ) students , ( 34 ) students for the experimental group and ( 33 ) students for the control group.
The two groups were equalized in variable of intelligence, age , previous achievement.
To fulfill the two aims of the study , the researcher adopted the descriptive and experimental approach.
The study instruments include the achievement test that was prepared by the researcher which consists of ( 40 ) items , ( 30 ) items are of multiple _ choice questions ( MCQ s) and ( 10 ) are of essay questions.
The research verified the authenticity of the instrument by presenting it to a group of experts and arbitrators.
After the application of the instrument and statistical data processing by using t-test for two independent samples.
The results have shown the excellence of the experimental group that was taught according to the Educational _ Learning program in achievement tests in educational sociology over the control group that was taught the same materials .
In the light of the results , the researcher came up with a set of conclusions, recommendations , and proposals.
