The interest of economic institutions is focused on human resources and investment in them, as they are the driving and controlling element in the rest of the resources.

Therefore, it strives to develop its capabilities and skills and renew its ideas and knowledge through training.

From this point of view, this study aims to know the impact of training on the performance of human resources in general and the National Unemployment Insurance Fund in particular, we relied on a questionnaire to collect data, and after analyzing the results and testing hypotheses, we concluded that training has a prominent role in raising the performance of human resources.
