Abstract EN

The current study aims to identify the organizational intelligence level in the college of education and arts, and the college of science at Northern border university from faculty members points of view, and differences between the responses of the sample members of the study on the dimensions of organizational intelligence and the total score that can be attributed to the variables; type of college, and gender.

Study sample consisted of (156) faculty members: (97) at college of arts and education and (59) at college of science.

Results indicated that organizational intelligence dimensions in the two colleges agreed in some (dimensions) and differed in others.

The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of faculty members in organizational intelligence dimensions, for chosen variables (college & gender).
